Diana Rolando

Researcher and lecturer at the Politecnico di Torino (Department of Architecture and Design), where she held a Master’s Degree in Architecture for Heritage preservation and enhancement and a II level Master in Real Estate: Urban Planning and Real Estate (which also coordinated for 4 editions). After a Ph.D. in “Environment and Territory – Appraisal and economic evaluation” she has been a Post-Doc researcher at the Turin Real Estate Market Observatory (Politecnico di Torino), where she is currently a member of the research group.

Manuela Rebaudengo

Building Engineer, Ph.D. in Project Appraisal, Researcher, she has been Assistant Professor since 2011, teaching assets and investments appraisal at Politecnico di Torino. Since 2004, she has been carrying out research and advisory activities for public and private institutions on real estate market, public works, public-private partnerships, economic and financial sustainability of projects. Member of R3C, Responsible Risk Resilience Centre of Politecnico di Torino, and scientific referent of “Maintenance” project.

Manuela Rebaudengo

Building Engineer, Ph.D. in Project Appraisal, Researcher, she has been Assistant Professor since 2011, teaching assets and investments appraisal at Politecnico di Torino. Since 2004, she has been carrying out research and advisory activities for public and private institutions on real estate market, public works, public-private partnerships, economic and financial sustainability of projects. Member of R3C, Responsible Risk Resilience Centre of Politecnico di Torino, and scientific referent of “Maintenance” project.

Alice Barreca

Architect (2013) and PhD candidate enrolled in the PhD programme "Architectural and Landscape Heritage" (Economic Evaluation) at Politecnico di Torino, where she earned a Master’s Degree in “Architecture Heritage preservation and enhancement”. She is currently involved as a member of the research group at the Turin Real Estate Market Observatory (Politecnico di Torino) in which she has been carrying out her research activity since 2014. Her main research topics are spatial statistics, real estate market analysis and geographical information systems.

Alice Barreca

Architect (2013) and PhD candidate enrolled in the PhD programme "Architectural and Landscape Heritage" (Economic Evaluation) at Politecnico di Torino, where she earned a Master’s Degree in “Architecture Heritage preservation and enhancement”. She is currently involved as a member of the research group at the Turin Real Estate Market Observatory (Politecnico di Torino) in which she has been carrying out her research activity since 2014. Her main research topics are spatial statistics, real estate market analysis and geographical information systems.

Marco Alforno

PhD candidate at Politecnico di Torino, enrolled in the XXXIII cycle of the PhD programme in Architectural and Landscape Heritage (Structural Engineering). In 2015 he earns a Master’s Degree in Architecture (Construction and City) from the same University and a Master’s Degree in Architecture from the Politecnico di Milano. In 2016 he graduates from Alta Scuola Politecnica. He is winner of the Marchisio prize in 2016 and of the Fassa Bortolo prize in 2018. In 2019 he wins the “My Research in 3 Minutes” prize at Politecnico di Torino. His main research topics are construction technologies of masonry vaults and their structural analysis.

He has experience as Project manager and building-site director in cooperation projects with indigenous communities of Oaxaca, Mexico (2006-2012). Winner of international architectural design competitions in 2009, 2011, 2014 and 2019. Collaborates to the coordination of the Specializing Master’s Programme “TECHs4CHANGE: Design for Social and Technological Innovation in Development” at Polito. Research topics focus on earthen and vernacular architecture building and rehabilitation technologies, wool and fibers-based insulating building products.

Giulia Sammartano

Giulia Sammartano is PhD in Geomatics (2018) and architect (2014). She collaborates since 2014 with LabG4CH where she carries out research on topics related to 3D documentation and rapid mapping systems in built heritage scenario, in particular Mobile Mapping Systems. Since 2015 she collaborates with Italian Archaeological Mission in Hierapolis of Frigia (Turkey). Since 2018 she is part of the Geomatics research group in FULL – Future Urban Legacy Lab Interdepartmental Centre of Polytechnic University of Turin, exploring the research on urban modelling, numerical cartography and 3D city models.

Giulia Sammartano is PhD in Geomatics (2018) and architect (2014). Giacomo Patrucco is a PhD student in Architectural and Landscape Heritage. His research actually focuses on several aspects regarding 3D metric survey techniques (data acquisition, management, integration and processing through LiDAR technologies, Mobile Mapping Systems and digital photogrammetry aimed at documenting built heritage; digitisation of movable heritage; point cloud modelling and navigation). He has been collaborating with the Centro Ricerche Archeologiche E Scavi di Torino for the investigation of geomatic techniques in archaeological framework.

Alexandra Stankulova, after graduating from the Master's Degree in Architecture for the Sustainability design at the Polytechnic University of Turin, had an experience in Environment park - a technological park that operates in the field of environmental innovation, where she had the opportunity to work on projects about energy retrofitting of existing public buildings and renewable energy. She is currently a Research Fellow at the Department of Architecture and Design of the Politecnico di Torino, studying the Multidimensional vulnerability-vitality evaluation of territories.
